🇨🇦 Canadian stories bring us together.
👋 Hi, I'm Craig. Welcome / Bienvenu / Biindigen!
Let me help you quickly discover the diverse voices, music, and culture that connect us.
Because we’re better together!
I do this by publishing:
About Me
I publish 5 newsletters exploring Canadian stories and culture.
I'm building an online business to replace my old job.
And supply teaching while attending teachers’ college online.
Previously I worked in developmental services for 20 years, including 15 in senior management.
I'm passionate about Canadian stories that bring us together.
There are times when being Canadian feels especially meaningful.
Moments that connect us through shared joy, pain, heartache, and pride.
Think of The Tragically Hip’s last concert, Terry Fox’s Marathon of Hope, or Newfoundland’s kindness on 9/11.
But so many lesser-known stories deserve to be remembered and talked about too.
Every day, I scour Canada to find these unique stories—big and small—and share them with you.
Stories told on the page, in song, on screens, and everywhere in between.
And I love doing it!
Let me help you feel the same.
I know you're busy.
So the stories I share are all only 500 - 999 words and take less than 5 minutes to read.
On your playlist, I only share 2 songs/day.
On your watchlist, I only share 1 movie, 1 TV show, and 1 social media video each week.
This isn't the news cycle stories or the history channel.
Just something to think and talk about together.
Bringing us together to help us understand each other, and ourselves.
If you want to know more about your source.
I'm married to my best friend.
We have an amazing teen daughter.
And 2 crazy dogs that fill our home with fun.
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in English with a minor in History.
I believe in creating a community where everyone feels welcome and valued.
I play guitar, sing, and write songs. Oh, and listen to lots of different types of music.
I love lacrosse, Star Wars, Shakespeare, being near water, and can’t imagine life without curry.
